The SCUPA Scoop: Seek and Snap Fundraiser

Dear members,

Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering at this year's Seek and Snap Fundraiser for Let There Be Mom.   We need to provide a head count so they will need to know how many volunteers they can expect.  There are 3 shifts available (more information to come) but I need to give a general idea.  I am posting information below if you need more information about the event.  Volunteers will be needed in all areas of the event.  If you are interested in SCUPA doing a team, please let me know.  The team would be made up of 4 people.  Please let me know as soon as possible.  Email me at dorothy.huskey@mgclaw.com.  Thank you!

Grab your family, friends or co-workers and join us for an adventure you are sure to remember!  Seek & Snap 2012 will be held on SUNDAY, April 15, from 1:00 - 6:00.  This is a team event.  Teams should be made up of 4 people; your team will be given a series of clues and two hours to find as many items as you can within a designated area in downtown Greenville.  You will need a digital camera to capture proof of your find.  Fabulous prizes will be awarded to winning teams. 

Third Annual Seek and Snap, a digital scavenger hunt fund raiser for Let There Be Mom

  • Sunday, April 15, 2012
  • Grab your family, friends, or co-workers and make a 4 person team.  (The only age requirement, children under the age of 15 are required to be on a team with at least one adult over the age of 21).
  • Team Categories:
    • Family - parents and children from the same immediate family - $80 registration donation per team (+$20 after March 28)
    • Corporate - four members from the same company - $105 registration donation per team (+$20 after March 28)
    • Friends - four people you know (and like) - $105 registration donation per team (+$20 after March 28)
  • Boxed lunches are available for pre-order ($6).  They will be handed out from 12:00 - 1:00.  Firehouse Subs is offering a choice of ham, turkey, or veggie sandwich, plus chips and cookies.  Drinks will also be provided.
  • Registration includes: amazing PURPLE t-shirt, incredible scavenger hunt event, and the opportunity to win fabulous prizes!
  • 12:00 Check-in Begins (last check in: 12:40)
  • 1:00 -3:30 The Search (Staggered starts beginning at 1:00, 2 hour search time)
  • 3:30 - 4:30 Go take a break while results are reviewed (concession stands at Drive Stadium will be open plus many delicious restaurants within walking distance will be anticipating your arrival).
  • 4:45 - 5:30/6:00 Door Prizes (must be present to win) and Scavenger Hunt Winners Announced.
